Background & Philosophy

Greg Hirschi is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in business transformation, operational scaling, and team empowerment across various industries. As the Chief Operating Officer at Business Transformation Guides, Greg leverages his extensive expertise to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Before joining BT Guides, Greg served as the Director of Marketing Analytics at Otter Products, where he transformed the marketing department into a data-informed, ROI-driven powerhouse. He led a team of analysts to optimize resource allocation, drive revenue growth, and maximize return on investment.

Greg's journey in process improvement began as the Director of Process Improvement (Kaizen) at Otter Products, where he built a 21-member team dedicated to embedding Lean/Kaizen methodologies across the organization. He led efforts to redesign end-to-end supply chain management, instill a culture of continuous improvement, and address company pain points, resulting in significant collaboration and streamlining.

As Operations Director at Otter Products, Greg transformed fledgling call center operations by implementing scalable processes and introducing new management systems. His initiatives led to substantial revenue growth and cost savings, greatly improved customer satisfaction, and significantly reduced employee turnover.

Throughout his career, Greg has consistently demonstrated a passion for leadership development, customer and client success, process improvement, and analytics. His approachable and collaborative style makes him a trusted partner in driving organizational growth and achieving sustainable success.

Outside the Office

When not tackling business challenges, Greg Hirschi enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Heather, as well as with family and friends. Team Hirschi has been hard at work for several years revitalizing their 2-acre hobby farm in northern Colorado. Following an extensive recent irrigation project, they are excited to start seeing the fruits (and vegetables) of their labor.

Greg and Heather also enjoy lighting up the dance floor with friends at the Good Times Dance Club, where they can put their years of ballroom dance training to good use.
